Construction photos FAQs Events La Querencia combines private homes with generous shared facilities, thus creating the feeling of a small village where children safely play and grown-ups know and care about each other. Homes are clustered around outdoor gathering areas and amenities, such as a pool, exercise room, workshop, teen room, and gardens. There is a beautiful common house with gourmet kitchen, dining room, and lounge for optional community meals a few nights a week.
